Shutt's new short sleeve waterproof jersey. Designed for bad weather road cycling with a light and close fit, it's ideal as a second or outer layer.

Designed to be worn over a base layer or just on its own. Inspired by the Italian waterproof race jerseys seen in the Pro peloton, the premium water repellent fabric keeps out wind and protects from rain showers.
